I am a RKC (Russian Kettlebell Challenge) certified kettlebell instructor. If you don't know what that is, go here and read up for yourself. The majority of my athletic background is in Martial Arts, Traditional Weightlifting, and Kettlebell lifting. I've been involved in martial arts in one form or another for over 12 years, including being a Tae Kwon Do Black Belt Instructor, MMA, Muy Thai, Kali, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Target Focus Training by Tim Larkin.
I've been instructing/coaching since 1999, and I love coaching people and helping them achieve their goals, be it in fitness or mastering a new technique. The pride I feel when a trainee of mine achieves their goals is such an awesome feeling, and it's my personal goal to make sure all of my clients achieve their goals.
"One goal at a time." Most people start a workout regiment with lofty ideas and get so caught up in the overall goal that they lose sight of the little goals that need accomplishing first. While it's certainly a good thing to know what the big picture is, it's all for nothing if the little pieces of the big picture are overlooked.
"One goal at a time." By focusing on one goal at a time, you not only keep the big picture in mind, but you have an easy way to keep track of your progress and to stay motivated.
"One Goal at a Time."
