The most common question I get asked from beginners is "What size, and how many kettlbells do I need to get started?" Well here's the quick and dirty answer.
Men
Here's what the average man will need.
Bare Minimum: 1x 35lb kettlebell
Preferred: 1x 35, 53, 72lb kettlebell
Dragondoor.com sells the best quality bells on the market. You can buy the bells individually or you can buy the 35, 53, and 72 together as a group at a discount.

Women
Here's what the average woman will need:
Bare Minimum: 1x 18lb kettlebell
Preferred: 1x 18, 26, 35lb kettlebell
Use the above link to Dragondoor.com to purchase the bells. They don't have a grouping of 18, 26, and 35lb bells at a discount. They do have a "Women's Power Set" that consists of a 10, 14, and 18lb kettlebell, but, unless you have a medical condition of some kind or have never, ever worked out before, you will do just fine starting with an 18lb kettlebell.

And if you're still not sure what size to get, then sign up for my one-hour Intro to Kettlebells to test drive all of the different sizes and see what fits you best.
Now that you know what size and how many to get, let me show you how to use them. Click on "Services" and I'll get you started.
